Support Contracts

This service is optional. Includes technical assistance and support via e-mail, telephone and fax during business hours from Monday to Friday. When a technical problem can not be resolved by the aforementioned means, the presence of someone from our technical support team in the offices of the customer guarantees that workflow is not interrupted.

 

Service support contracts are concluded to complement the purchase of product licenses.
